Make Time To Talk
Welcome to the “Make Time to talk” podcast.
I’m hoping to bring some light into the world during 2023 so I’ve created this podcast to try and inspire as many people as possible who are struggling to speak up and seek the help they need.
The guests coming on are talking about their personal struggles and journeys in life. This has proven to be a massive help for my own mental health, I thought I knew a lot about the subject but the more I speak to people, the more I learn.
Topics are wide-ranging and I’m trying to cover as much as I can across the board for mental health. If you’ve got a story and journey to share, then we want to hear it. This is a collective effort and I need your help to start to encourage this conversation.
I hope you enjoy the content from this podcast and don’t forget to make time to talk.
